SPACE RENTAL
We rent our facilities out to groups inside and outside of the ASoOC Community. Our facilities are professional, open, welcoming, and private. So whether it's a rehearsal, audition, meeting, or shoot, our rooms can be a good fit for your needs. Here are our rates for each room:
Large Room - $30/hour
2nd Room - $20/hour
Office with curtain partition - $10/hour (During rental, the curtain is drawn so that our administrative team can still access our scene library and equipment locker.)
Full Space: $50/hr

Below are some recommended sites for getting started!

BackStage Great place to submit for roles; also has a lot of excellent informational resources
Actor's Access Great site for submitting for acting roles, this is where you put your reel up, to be viewed by directors, casting directors, producers, writers and more industry members
IMDB A necessary tool for the actor. IMDB helps you to identify industry members and vet agents and managers. An IMDB Pro account is highly recommended.
LA Casting and the Casting Network These are good sites for finding work, especially at the beginning of your career.
SAG-AFTRA The union for actors in film, television and online mediums. Not recommended until you have a sizable resume. Great resource for vetting agents and managers.
Every ASOOC student enrolled inclass is eligible for FREE Career Coaching. Sonya Cooke makes herself available to all students and answers their questions on a daily basis. Through phone chats, emails, texts and meetings, Sonya works with every ambitious student to help them make informed career choices and motivates them to take action!
When a student desires more than short meetings and emails, we schedule hour long private coaching. Either Sonya herself or one of our experienced career coaches will sit down with you (in person or on Skype) and map out a plan for your success. Together we will set your goals and design the step by step actions you can take to achieve them. We teach you how to connect the right people to move your career forward. Our coaches can start to help you overcome the mental blocks that maybe keeping your from your true path. The business of acting is part is an art and a craft in and of it self.
