Catherine Larcheveque

A grounded dramatic actress with the versatility of a shapeshifter — she is the princess, the revolutionary, or the scientist unraveling the plot from the inside.

Catherine Larcheveque (pronounced Lar-shuh-veck) is an emotionally intuitive actor with a sharp mind, physical versatility, and an insatiable curiosity about the world. Raised in Diamond Bar, California by a Taiwanese mother and French Canadian father, she grew up immersed in multiple cultures, languages, and philosophies — an upbringing that shaped her open-mindedness and empathy as a storyteller.

Catherine’s early love for performance began on stage in show choir and theater productions, and continued through three years of high school drama, alongside commercial acting training at 3-2-1 Acting Studios.

On top of her creative pursuits, Catherine thrived in athletics and academics. As the middle child between two brothers, she learned to play sports with her dad in the backyard — a foundation that created a lifelong athlete. She earned a junior black belt in Tae Kwon Do, was the primary goalscorer on her competitive soccer team, played varsity volleyball, and now rock climbs regularly (mostly indoors). Her physicality and stamina translate naturally into performance.

Catherine maintained perfect grades throughout school and graduated Summa Cum Laude from UCLA. After a brief stint in the medical field, she built a career as a software engineer at Red Bull — a path that sharpened her discipline and analytical thinking.

Despite her success in tech, Catherine felt the familiar pull of acting, a passion that never truly left. She returned to the craft with renewed purpose and life experience, and since Fall 2023 has been training extensively at the Actor’s Studio of Orange County. Her recent screen work includes lead roles in the short films Before the Bell and Overtime, both directed by Ryan Mekenian, and an appearance in an Adobe Acrobat commercial.

A well-rounded performer, Catherine is equally at home in grounded dramatic work or quick-witted comedy. She is conversational in French and Mandarin, enjoys singing and dancing, and is constantly expanding her creative toolkit. With a rare blend of discipline, empathy, and intellect, Catherine brings focus and heart to every role.
