If you have received any acting training, you should write about your love for acting and your plans for the next 5 years as an actor.
If you are currently enrolled at ASOOC and need temporary financial aid to attend classes consistently, you should write about your current situation, your plan to resolve it, and how long you will need assistance.

Q: When do I need letters of recommendation and from whom?

A: If you are a first time actor or already have acting training, you will need to provide one personal and one professional recommendation.  Professional recommendations could be from employers, teachers, counselors, coaches, or other professionals in the entertainment industry if you already have some acting experience.
You do not need a letter of recommendation if you are already enrolled at ASOOC and applying for temporary financial aid.
