Having a reel is now an acting necessity! The industry wants to see what you are made of before they call you in for an audition. For those who don’t know, a reel is a short compilation of your filmed acting work, even if it’s just one scene! At the Actor’s Studio of Orange County, we produce reels for actors that demonstrate the BEST of their acting, because we focus on preparing the actors for the performance. Actors who join us for the Spring Reel Intensive (SRI) will receive a polished scene that they can be proud of. SRI is also a great way to assess where you are in your acting and prepare for a real, professional shoot.
