Join us for a very special Industry Workshop (the sole one for our summer term!) with Julia Irzyk, founder, owner, and head agent for the Library Agency in Los Angeles. Julia represents actors across the board: film/television, commercial, voice-over, kids, and literary. She repped studio owner, Sonya Cooke, back when she was at Elev8, before she went on to start her own agency where now she works with a whole team of agents, all women! This is a great workshop for actors who want to get to know the industry and are interested in improving their comedy chops with an industry rep.

In this workshop: actors will present a memorized and prepared 2-page comedy scene from film or television featuring them. Julia will give notes and redirects, and after everyone has worked the remaining time will be dedicated to Q&A.

All actors must select a comedic scene (film or television) and submit it electronically by July 8th. All material should be memorized and prepared. Actors are encouraged to have the script in front of them as a guide during their work.
