THE ACTOR'S STUDIO OF ORANGE COUNTY

Carolina Queiroz Couto is an actress born and raised in Brazil. Some of her significant roles are Marie Antoinette in The Revolutionists, Desdemona in Othello, and Mary in the one-woman show The Twelve Dates of Christmas. She also wrote, directed, and produced her own original solo show. Her recent screen credits include Love in the Dark and The Burger.

A native Portuguese speaker, Carolina is conversational in Spanish and has mastered the American accent. She earned her M.F.A. in Acting from Louisiana State University, where she taught undergraduate level Acting courses. 

Carolina brings a fun, focused, and empowering approach to actor coaching—pushing students to take risks, grow, and enjoy the craft. She’s loved teaching at the Actors Studio of Orange County and being a part of this community.
