THE ACTOR'S STUDIO OF ORANGE COUNTY

Alex Hawley is a dedicated and versatile actor from Garden Grove, California. In his youth, he was active in Boy Scouts, baseball, Tae Kwon Do, and had dreams about being a police officer or a chef…But those dreams changed when he was in sixth grade and was selected to perform in his school’s production of Seussical the Musical.  This was the moment that he knew there are many opportunities and doors open, if he is willing to just walk through.

Alex continued participating in school plays throughout middle school and high school. Known for making a lasting impression on stage, Alex earned the Macy’s Shining Star Award for his performance in High School Musical, despite having only one line—demonstrating his ability to command attention through energy, commitment, and presence.

Earning a black belt in Tae Kwon Do is a proud moment in Alex’s life because he spent many years of dedicated training, developing the perseverance, focus, and professionalism he brings to every production.

Through his experience in community theater productions, Alex has developed confidence, creativity, and a strong appreciation for ensemble work. He is looking forward to taking on new acting opportunities in both stage and screen acting. 

In the last two years, Alex has completed the Advanced track at the Actor’s Studio of Orange County, where he studied Audition Technique, Film Technique, Improv, Scene Study and many others, which has prepared him for the industry.  Alex is eager to take on more roles that showcase his strengths—fearless characters with profound emotional depth and intensity.
